Do I need to book in advance?
Walk-ins are welcome for hair and grooming. Ayurvedic therapies and laser sessions should be booked ahead so the room, oils and therapist are ready for you.
Is Tao unisex?
Yes. Our hair studio is unisex, and we have separate arrangements and therapists for ladies and gents for body therapies.
How long does an Ayurvedic session take?
Most therapies run 45 to 60 minutes, plus a short consultation before your first session. Allow around 90 minutes for your first visit.
Is laser treatment safe for my skin?
We carry out a patch test and consultation before starting, and explain the full course, number of sessions, gaps and aftercare, before you commit.
How do the combo offers work?
You pay once and use the sessions within one month. Book each session with us as you go; we track the balance for you.
